Reservation of Title
The UNITED MONARCHY, herein referred to as "the Nation," formally reserves all titles, rights, interests, and claims to properties and assets within its jurisdiction. This Reservation of Title applies to all real and personal property, resources, and assets located within or associated with the Nation.
1. Sovereign Ownership: The Nation asserts and retains sovereign ownership of all lands, territories, and natural resources within its borders. This includes but is not limited to, minerals, water bodies, forests, and airspace.
2. Public Properties: The Nation reserves title to all public properties, including government buildings, infrastructure, historical sites, and cultural monuments. These properties are held in trust for the benefit of the Nation's citizens.
3. National Assets: The Nation retains title to all national assets, including but not limited to state-owned enterprises, financial reserves, and national symbols. These assets are managed and utilized per national laws and policies.
4. Legal Title: The Nation reserves the right to confer, transfer, and revoke titles to properties and assets within its jurisdiction. All transactions involving such titles must comply with the Nation's legal and regulatory framework.
5. Inheritance and Succession: The Nation reserves the right to regulate the inheritance and succession of titles to properties and assets. This includes the establishment and enforcement of laws governing wills, estates, and trusts.
6. Expropriation and Compensation: The Nation reserves the right to expropriate properties and assets for public use or interest, per its laws, and subject to fair and just compensation to the affected parties.
7. Environmental Stewardship: The Nation reserves title to its natural environment and ecological systems. This reservation includes the right to protect, conserve, and manage natural resources in a sustainable manner for present and future generations.
8. Regulatory Authority: The Nation reserves the right to regulate the use, development, and disposition of properties and assets within its jurisdiction. This includes zoning, land use planning, and environmental protection regulations.
9. Cultural and Historical Preservation: The Nation reserves title to its cultural and historical heritage. This includes the right to protect and preserve cultural artifacts, historical sites, and traditional knowledge.
10. Dispute Resolution: The Nation reserves the right to adjudicate disputes involving titles to properties and assets through its judicial and administrative systems. This includes the resolution of conflicts arising from the ownership, use, and transfer of titles.
11. Non-Derogation: The enumeration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other titles retained by the Nation or its people. All titles not explicitly waived or relinquished are hereby reserved.
This Reservation of Title is a declaration of the Nation's commitment to uphold its sovereign ownership, protect its assets, and ensure the equitable use and distribution of properties and resources. Any engagement with the Nation involving titles to properties and assets shall be conducted with full recognition and respect for these reserved rights unless changed by our GOD YAHWEH per his laws.
The Nation under YAHWEH laws has not waived or relinquished any rights or reservation of Title
