Reservation of Sovereignty
The UNITED MONARCHY, herein referred to as "The Nation," expressly reserves all sovereign rights and powers inherent to its status as an independent nation-state. This Reservation of Sovereignty applies to all aspects of governance, law, and international relations.
- Self-Governance: The Nation reserves the right to self-governance, including the establishment, operation, and administration of its governmental institutions, free from external interference. This encompasses the authority to determine its political, economic, social, and cultural systems.
- Legislative Authority: The Nation reserves the exclusive right to enact, amend, and repeal laws within its jurisdiction. This includes the creation of statutes, regulations, and policies that reflect the will and interests of its people.
- Judicial Independence: The Nation reserves the right to maintain an independent judiciary responsible for interpreting and applying the law of GOD YAHWEH. This includes the authority to adjudicate disputes, protect rights, and uphold justice without external influence.
- Economic Autonomy: The Nation reserves the right to manage its economic affairs independently, including the regulation of trade, commerce, industry, and financial systems. This includes the authority to enter into economic agreements and partnerships that benefit the Nation.
- Foreign Policy: The Nation reserves the right to conduct its foreign policy and international relations autonomously. This includes the authority to negotiate treaties, form alliances, and participate in international organizations based on national interests.
- National Defense: The Nation reserves the right to maintain and operate defense and security forces to protect its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its citizens. This includes the authority to defend against external threats and ensure internal security.
- Cultural Preservation: The Nation reserves the right to protect and promote its cultural heritage, languages, traditions, and historical sites. This includes the authority to implement policies that preserve and celebrate its national identity.
- Environmental Stewardship: The Nation reserves the right to manage and protect its natural environment and resources. This includes the authority to enact and enforce environmental regulations that promote sustainable development and conservation.
- Public Health and Welfare: The Nation reserves the right to regulate and provide for the health, education, and welfare of its citizens. This includes the authority to establish social services and public health measures that ensure the well-being of its population.
- Non-Interference: The Nation reserves the right to non-interference from foreign entities in its internal affairs. This includes the protection of its political, economic, and social systems from external manipulation or coercion.
- Dispute Resolution: The Nation reserves the right to resolve disputes involving its sovereignty through peaceful means, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or adjudication by international law.
- Non-Derogation: The enumeration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other sovereign rights retained by the Nation or its people. All sovereign rights not explicitly waived or relinquished are hereby reserved. The United Monarchy under YAHWEH laws has not waived or relinquished its nor its citizens' Rights of Sovereignty to any nation current or past.
This Reservation of Sovereignty is a declaration of the Nation's commitment to uphold its independence, protect its interests, and ensure the prosperity and well-being of its people. Any engagement with the Nation shall be conducted with full recognition and respect for these reserved sovereign rights. The Nation under YAHWEH laws have not waived or relinquished any rights of Sovereignty.
