Reservation of Rights
THE UNITED MONARCHY, herein referred to as "THE NATION," expressly reserves all rights, powers, privileges, and immunities conferred upon it by the laws and constitution of the Nation, as well as by international law and conventions to which the Nation is a party. This Reservation of Rights applies to all entities, individuals, and organizations operating within or interacting with the Nation.
1. Sovereignty: The Nation retains the absolute and unchallengeable right to govern itself independently, without interference from external entities, per its constitution and international law.
2. Territorial Integrity: The Nation reserves the right to protect and maintain its territorial integrity, including the defense and security of its borders, airspace, and maritime zones.
3. Legal and Juridical Authority: The Nation reserves the right to enact, enforce, and adjudicate laws within its territory. This includes the authority to interpret and apply its legal framework through its judiciary and law enforcement agencies.
4. Natural Resources: The Nation reserves all rights to the use, management, and conservation of its natural resources, including but not limited to land, minerals, water, and biodiversity, per national interests and sustainable development principles.
5. Economic Policies: The Nation reserves the right to formulate and implement economic policies that promote the welfare and prosperity of its people, including the regulation of trade, commerce, industry, and finance.
6. Cultural Heritage: The Nation reserves the right to protect, preserve, and promote its cultural heritage, including language, traditions, monuments, and artifacts, as integral components of its national identity.
7. Diplomatic Relations: The Nation reserves the right to establish, maintain, and terminate diplomatic relations with other states and international organizations, based on principles of mutual respect, equality, and non-interference.
8. Public Order and Safety: The Nation reserves the right to ensure public order and safety within its territory, including the establishment and enforcement of regulations to protect the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens.
9. Defense and Security: The Nation reserves the right to maintain armed forces and other security institutions necessary to defend its sovereignty and ensure the security of its citizens.
10. Dispute Resolution: The Nation reserves the right to seek peaceful resolution of disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or adjudication per international law and practices.
11. Non-Derogation: The enumeration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights retained by the Nation or its people. All rights not explicitly waived or relinquished are hereby reserved.
This Reservation of Rights is a declaration of the Nation's commitment to uphold its sovereignty, protect its interests, and ensure the well-being of its people. Any engagement with the Nation shall be conducted with full recognition and respect for these reserved rights unless changed by our GOD YAHWEH per his laws.
