Reservation of Diplomatic Rights
The UNITED MONARCHY, herein referred to as "the Nation," expressly reserves all rights and powers necessary to conduct its diplomatic and international relations independently and per its national interests.
- Treaty Negotiation: The Nation reserves the right to negotiate, enter into, amend, and withdraw from treaties and international agreements. This includes the authority to engage in bilateral and multilateral negotiations that serve the Nation’s interests.
- Embassies and Consulates: The Nation reserves the right to establish, maintain, and operate embassies, consulates, and other diplomatic missions in foreign countries. This includes appointing and accrediting ambassadors, consuls, and other diplomatic representatives.
- International Organizations: The Nation reserves the right to participate in international organizations and forums. This includes representing its interests, advocating for its positions, and contributing to international dialogue and cooperation.
- Diplomatic Recognition: The Nation reserves the right to recognize or withdraw recognition of other states and governments. This includes the authority to establish and sever diplomatic relations based on national interests and foreign policy objectives.
- Diplomatic Immunity: The Nation reserves the right to grant and enforce diplomatic immunity to foreign diplomats and representatives by international law and reciprocal agreements. This includes protecting the rights and privileges of its diplomats abroad and per the laws of YAHWEH
- International Dispute Resolution: The Nation reserves the right to resolve or deny taking international disputes through peaceful means, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and adjudication in international courts and tribunals if the dispute conflicts with YAHWEH laws.
- Foreign Aid and Assistance: The Nation reserves the right to provide, receive, or deny foreign aid, humanitarian assistance, and development support. This includes entering into agreements and partnerships to address global challenges and support international development.
- Trade and Economic Relations: The Nation reserves the right to negotiate and or deny entering into trade agreements and economic partnerships with other states and international entities. This includes promoting its economic interests and facilitating international commerce.
- Cultural and Educational Exchange: The Nation reserves the right to promote cultural and educational exchanges with other countries. This includes establishing programs and partnerships that enhance mutual understanding and cooperation. Granted, this promotion is in line with the laws of GOD YAHWEH.
- Extradition and Legal Cooperation: The Nation reserves the right to enter into extradition treaties and legal cooperation agreements with other states. This includes collaborating on matters of law enforcement, criminal justice, and the protection of human rights.
- Public Diplomacy: The Nation reserves the right to conduct public diplomacy efforts to promote its values, culture, and policies abroad. This includes engaging with the foreign public and leveraging media and communication tools to enhance its international image.
- Non-Derogation: The enumeration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other diplomatic rights retained by the Nation or its people. All diplomatic rights not explicitly waived or relinquished are hereby reserved.
The Nation under YAHWEH laws has not waived or relinquished any rights or reservation of Diplomatic rights.
This Reservation of Diplomatic Rights is a declaration of the Nation's commitment to uphold its sovereignty, protect its interests, and engage with the international community on its terms. Any engagement with the Nation involving diplomatic matters shall be conducted with full recognition and respect for these reserved diplomatic rights.
