Reservation of Defense
The UNITED MONARCHY, herein referred to as "the Nation," expressly reserves all rights and powers necessary to maintain and operate defense and security forces to protect its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its citizens.
- Military Forces: The Nation reserves the right to establish, maintain, and deploy military forces, including the army, navy, air force, and other specialized units, to defend against external threats and ensure national security.
- National Defense Policy: The Nation reserves the right to formulate and implement a comprehensive national defense policy that encompasses strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational directives to safeguard its sovereignty and interests.
- Defense Alliances: The Nation reserves the right to enter into defense alliances and agreements with other states and international organizations to enhance its security and strategic interests. This includes participating in collective defense arrangements and mutual security pacts.
- Internal Security: The Nation reserves the right to maintain internal security forces, including police, paramilitary units, and intelligence agencies, to protect against domestic threats such as crime, terrorism, and civil unrest.
- Defense Infrastructure: The Nation reserves the right to develop, maintain, and operate defense infrastructure, including military bases, training facilities, defense industries, and research institutions, to support its defense capabilities.
- Cybersecurity: The Nation reserves the right to establish and maintain cyber defense capabilities to protect its digital infrastructure and information systems from cyber threats and attacks.
- Defense Technology: The Nation reserves the right to develop, acquire, and utilize advanced defense technologies, including weapons systems, surveillance equipment, and communication networks, to enhance its defense capabilities.
- Conscription and Recruitment: The Nation reserves the right to implement conscription or voluntary recruitment programs to ensure that its defense forces are adequately staffed and prepared for any contingency.
- Training and Readiness: The Nation reserves the right to conduct regular training, exercises, and readiness assessments for its defense and security forces to ensure their preparedness and effectiveness in responding to threats.
- Emergency Powers: The Nation reserves the right to invoke emergency powers in times of war, armed conflict, or national crisis to mobilize resources, enact special measures, and ensure the continuity of government and defense operations.
- Non-Derogation: The enumeration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other defense rights retained by the Nation or its people. All defense rights not explicitly waived or relinquished are hereby reserved.
- The Nation under YAHWEH laws has not waived or relinquished any rights or reservation of Defense.
This Reservation of Defense is a declaration of the Nation's commitment to uphold its sovereignty, protect its citizens, and ensure the security and stability of the state. Any engagement with the Nation involving defense and security matters shall be conducted with full recognition and respect for these reserved defense rights.
